Founded in 2019 by an international entertainer turned entrepreneur, Higher Celebrations sole focus is making moments more special by delivering a creative combination of joy, surprise and impact with every product we offer.

BirthJays
THE JOINT FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY
Higher Celebrations flagship product, having launched in 2019, the BirthJay is the world's first and only joint candle. This patent approved, innovative adult gift features a small cake stake, a premium 98mm pre-roll, and a 2cm candle with moat on top. Since launching the product in 2019 as a 5 Pack, HCI has executed licensing agreements with Tommy Chong (Tommy 5pk) and Shine Papers (24k Golden BirthJay) eventually leading to 4 different BirthJay variations for consumers and retailer to choose from.
In 2023, Higher Celebrations announced a licensing agreement with Northeast Alternatives, a licensed cannabis operator to introduce a pre-filled, Ready to Smoke (RTS) BirthJay to the Massachusetts market. Since the debut of the 1G BirthJay in MA, HCI has executed licensing deals with groups in New Mexico, California, New York and are actively engaged with operators and MSOs across the world!

PrideJays
PUFF PROUDLY IN SUPPORT OF THE NON-PROFIT GAY FOR GOOD
PrideJays are an ultra-thin rainbow, King Size pre-roll that allows consumers to Puff Proudly! HCI has created a framework for our products to bring people together while positively impacting the lives of countless others. Similar to the BirthJay, PrideJays are available in select states as a 1g Pre-Rolled Joint, and also available online and at select retailers across the country as an ancillary product.
With every PrideJay sold, Higher Celebrations will be donating 50 cents to the non-profit Gay For Good. G4G is a national non-profit that mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader community. With chapters in over 20 cities, G4G has worked with over 750 other non-profits across 2,300 different projects, and in 2023 saw the support of over 4,000 different volunteers.

The HotShot

Whether it's a milestone birthday or a spontaneous gathering, the HotShot adds an unforgettable touch to the festivities, combining tradition with a spirited twist. With each sip, memories are made, laughter resonates, and the essence of celebration fills the air—all captured within the confines of this innovative shot glass.
As Higher Celebrations first alcohol focused product, HCI debuts the product with LQR HOUSE, the digital face of the alcohol space. LQR House owns and operates the CWS platform (CWSpirits.com), a leading marketplace to buy alcohol online. The HotShots will be the first non-consumable product and party gift on the site.
MY INVOLVEMENT WITH HIGHER CELEBRATIONS
As Head of Revenue Operations, I spearheaded the onboarding for retail and licensing partners, covering meetings, product knowledge, and relationship building. I managed the full customer success cycle, focusing on retention, up-selling, and growth, while reducing churn through proactive engagement and strategy. I developed sales strategies to secure intellectual property licensing deals, retail accounts, and e-commerce partnerships, and oversaw national non-profit partnerships and NIL rights. My initiatives drove revenue up by 118% in the first year and 198% in the second. Additionally, I led marketing efforts, including content creation, social media, influencer management, and event execution, while also handling logistics and order fulfillment.
